Common login solutions
Before reading further, check the following:
- Double-check that you're using the correct email address that you signed up with
- Ensure your caps lock isn't on
- Ensure that cookies and JavaScript are enabled in your browser
- Remove aggressive ad blockers from your browser
- If you have made too many attempts at logging in, wait 30 minutes
Enable cookies
Chrome
- Click the three dots menu (⋮) > Settings
- Go to Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data
- Select "Allow all cookies" or add drumrudiments.app to allowed sites
Safari
- Go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy
- Uncheck "Block all cookies"
- Or select "Allow from websites I visit"
Firefox
- Click the menu (≡) > Settings
- Go to Privacy & Security
- Set Enhanced Tracking Protection to "Standard" or "Custom"
- Ensure "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" is unchecked
Mobile browsers
- iOS Safari: Settings > Safari > Block All Cookies (turn off)
- Android Chrome: Settings > Site Settings > Cookies (allow)
Enable javascript
Chrome
- Settings > Privacy and security > Site Settings
- Click JavaScript
- Ensure it's set to "Sites can use JavaScript"
Safari
JavaScript is enabled by default and cannot be disabled in newer versions
Firefox
- Enter "about:config" in the address bar
- Search for "javascript.enabled"
- Ensure it's set to "true"
Ad blocker issues
If using an ad blocker:
- Temporarily disable it to test if it's causing the problem
- If it works after disabling, add drumrudiments.app to your whitelist:
- uBlock Origin: Click the extension icon > Power icon
- AdBlock Plus: Click extension > Pause on this site
- Other blockers: Look for "Trusted sites" or "Whitelist" in settings
Account access problems
Account lockout
- After 5 failed login attempts, your account will be temporarily locked
- The lockout period lasts 30 minutes
- You can still use the "Forgot your password?" magic link during this time
- If you need immediate access, contact support
Password reset process
- Click "Forgot your password?" on the login screen
- Enter the email associated with your account
- Check your email for the magic link (usually arrives within 2 minutes)
- If you don't see the email:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Check for typos in your email address
- Click the magic link in the email
- Links expire after 24 hours
- Links can only be used once
- After logging in, go to drumrudiments.app/account to set a new password
- Choose a strong password (at least 8 characters and a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols)
- Don't reuse passwords from other sites
- Don't share your password with anyone

If you've tried all the above and still can't log in:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try using a different browser
- Try logging in from a different device
- Check if your internet connection is stable
- Ensure you're going to the correct login URL: drumrudiments.app/login
